Very disappointed coming here today for eyebrow threading. For a start the woman didn’t cleanse my brows even when I told her I had some brow gel on them. Also my eyebrows are fully tattooed so all she had to do was follow the shape - it was the easiest of threads she would have to do. She was quickly trying to thread my brows whilst another woman was in the other chair. I felt rushed and she kept pushing my head back onto the head rest when I was trying to get into the right position and I was trying to stretch my eye as best as I could, even though I kept telling her my hands were slipping (the reason why she should have cleansed my brows before she even started) I had to use two tissues in the end to stretch because she kept saying it was my fault. Treating me like this In front of other customers I was so embarrassed!!She said she was finished but when I looked in the mirror there were still hairs that hadn’t been removed but she was already going back to the other woman and telling two other woman it was ok to wait. I had to ask this woman FOUR times to please do my brows throughly - at one point she stood at the till waiting for me to pay whilst I’m still sat there with hairs on my face, unfinished eye brows!! I asked her to finish my brows. She was getting irate at me telling me it was my fault because I was not stretching - I was trying my hardest and i always have my brows only threaded so I know the procedure inside and out. Each time pushing my head and shoving my fingers away. No aloe Vera soothing gel was applied after to help with the soreness. Absolutely shocking customer service. Ive been here three times before and this is the first time I’ve had this woman. I will not go back here now if this woman is there.Quality over quantity!! Don’t take on more customers if you can’t do the ones you have properly.She should be ashamed

I went to this salon for a full legs waxing service today and I wasn’t happy with their service.The lady who did my wax was rushing throughout, left patches of hair throughout my legs(didn’t even do my feet) and completed job in 15 mins.I’m all up for a quick service but not at the cost of quality. I get waxing services regular and could clearly make out that she wasn’t very experienced.Very disappointing!

Had a lovely experience with Pooja. She did a great job on my eyebrows and I’ll definitely be back.Highly recommended especially after my disaster experience with the rude awful Loveline in the Prahran shop a couple of months ago.

Extremely pathetic service, highly disappointing, and a painful experience for me.I went for threading a few weeks back, and the girl totally ruined my face. She was so harsh with the thread on my skin that I got a prominent cut near my forehead (it is evidently still there) apart from ruining my eyebrows. I told her that it's hurting but they didn't seem to care. They were just focused on getting the job done and getting paid without even being considerate of their customer's comfort.I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to visit this place.Unskilled and unprofessional staff.

Every time I get my eyebrows done service is amazing, reasonable priced and fast. The people working there are friendly and always happy to help. My eyebrows always look amazing. Overall I would recommend this place and will happily continue to go.

I came here to get my eyebrows and upper lips threading and the girl was rushing so much despite no one being there waiting for her. She completely ruined my eyebrows and despite making her understand that I don’t want thin eyebrows and over the top of that both my eyebrows are sooo uneven, all I did was ask her remove the extras above my eyes and she decides to completely re do my eyebrows thin.After she got done with it and failing to understand what to do she didn’t even clean after doing my eyebrows and the hair was stuck on my entire face and didn’t even use any sorts of jel to calm the area which was completely sore and red.She just wanted to get done asap n just sit there gossip with her colleagues.While I was still sitting on the chair she just went and stood behind the counter without getting the job done.When I asked her name and told her I am disappointed in the service she said she can’t tell me her name and told me to call tomorrow and speak to Rajvik.What utter nonsense.
