White Lady Funerals Burpengary

Our father recently passed away in New Zealand. Unable to travel back, we reached out to Suzanne at White Lady Funerals, Burpengary looking for help. We needed somewhere for our family to go to be part of the service via video link. Suzanne immediately offered us the use of one of their beautiful rooms complete with a large TV. As it was an early morning service, she even came in and opened at 7.30am. They wouldn't take payment however much we insisted. We cannot speak highly enough of Suzanne and her professionalism, her caring nature and willingness to help us be part of our Father's funeral service. As White Lady Funerals would not accept any payment, we have made a donation to the Magrath Foundation on their behalf as a mark of our appreciation.It meant a great deal to us at a difficult time. It made a very sad and stressful time in our lives a lot easier using White Lady Funerals. Suzanne really made us feel at ease and that mum was going to be looked after and treated with respect. Mum's service was beautiful we couldn't have asked for more.
