BodySmart Health - Sandgate
I’ve been working with Lori at Sandgate for a few months now and I am so happy to have her on my team. Lori spends so much time making sure that the exercises I do are beneficial and is constantly checking that my technique is correct. As a consequence my migraines, balance and posture have all improved significantly.My massage therapist has also noticed the improvements and commented very favourably so I would definitely recommend Lori to anyone in the area.

BodySmart Health - Sandgate
I have been supporting a woman with many disabilities who is also non-verbal. Non of that has stopped Halle from developing a genuine relationship and building up strength in her arms and legs. Her posture has improved greatly giving her a much better quality of life. Her family and support workers have all seen the steady improvement. Halle has been phenomenal and when she works with other Bodysmart staff they have also seen a huge difference. We are all so grateful to Halle and the Bodysmart staff at Redcliffe. I highly recommend them.
