Excellent staff and after sales service. Every question I have asked has been answered. Their knowledge of preparation works has allowed me to get difficult jobs done quickly. Their in stock product range is fantastic, allowing us to get to work quickly.

I've changed my review from a 1 star, due to sorting out issue.They sold us an inferior Tromb vacuum dust extractor. They talked it up to be the best thing out. Well it's not, you have to stop every 15 minuts to pulse clean the filter which doesn't do a very good job. Then you have to switch it off and wait for the dust to drop. So in every 20 minutes work you have 5 minutes down time. The filter is wrapped with a bit of flimsy material to stop debris from putting a hole in the filter, when all they had to do was build in a deflector plate. It came with the most flimsiest hose that kinks. Hose replaced and filters renewed by APE but no change. They finally took the Vacuum back with full refund, and found it to have a fault. In the end they were slow to sort the issue out but good to deal with.

All Prep have given me the best service I have ever received by any company! What I thought I had ordered and actually didn't click it online. They called and processed it late in the day.Then shipped it from Queensland to Melbourne for it to arrive before 10am the next day.Great work All Prep!!! Highly recommend!!!

Thanks to the team at All Prep Equipment at Bullimba, got me out of a bind installing accoustic treatment for my home office. Despite Corflute coming in bundles of 20 Jess got me sorted with the sheets I needed to get it done. Thanks to the boys in the office for putting up with my calls due to a useless GPS. Great effort, product has worked treat. Highly recommend this business. Outstanding customer service.

We recently hired a three phase Schwamborn floor grinder from All Preparation Equipment for rectifying badly pitted sandstone, caused by chlorine . I was very impressed with the Allprep service and their knowledge of their equipment and the right selection of diamond consumables for the job. What I thought was a big project was completed in 4 Hrs thanks to the 3 phase grinder and the generator combination. I don't normally have time to leave reviews but this above & beyond! I have been dealing with All Preparation since they were Archquip and they have supplied John Chisholm Flooring Contractor with all our grinding and vacuum equipment plus all of the accessories to operate a successful floor preparation business. Just recently we had to design a vacuum system that worked with our grinders and operated on single phase power. The vacuum system had to be strong enough to run a 35mt plus vacuum hose and be dustless at the grinding and machinery ends. The projects that this machinery is being used on are Marine Vessels in dry docks and beside wharfs and they have a lot of sensitive equipment. The staff at All Preparation went to work and designed a system that was 98 percent dustless and my clients are extremely happy with the outcomes.We also purchase all our diamonds from them and there knowledge on what to use is exceptional.If you are looking for equipment or just advise on a job that you are doing do not hesitate call the friendly staff.

I have been a customer for over 10 years now and find every interaction to be spot on, last week we double paid an invoice and within days it had been picked up by the accounts team and they were on the phone to us letting me know, and refunded it straight away, thank you so much our systems would not have picked it up, thank you for your honesty and loyalty and great systems it means a lot to us . Purchased 5 litre C2 hard then a 20 litre C2 hard. Went to get another 20litre … mgr talked me into a different product (only risked buying 5 litres) …. Product was no good. Would not refund the rest of the product that was returned. Refused. Disappointing …. I trusted the mgr. He let me down … sad.
