Terrific joint for a quick bevvy or a long breakfast, lunch or dinner. Family owned and loved. A neighbourhood gem with a fun atmosphere and terrific staff. Food and coffee is always of a high standard.

Went out to catch up with some old friends.The venue staff was very friendly and welcoming.Got seated and had prompt service throughout the night.I ordered the prawn fettuccine and it was divine!Also had shared dessert, a trio of tiramisu, panna cotta and fig and date. Was super yummy!All my friends enjoyed their meals. Highly recommend, will go again!

Greek and Italian food on the menu so we had a bit of both. The special starter: anchovies on Bruschetta with Tarama was my personal favourite. Everyone enjoyed their food but I was a little disappointed with my seafood risoni. I had food envy, as I should have got the prawn and chorizo fettuccine. The desserts were great, as was the service. Nice outdoor, covered seating space with heaters, nice ambience.

Amazing food, staff and vibe !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve been coming to Piato for many years and it’s still our #1 favourite restaurant. We absolutely LOVE it!! The main thing we love is how the staff and owners make us feel so welcome. They’re warm, talkative, genuine and attentive. We feel like we’re dining with friends. And the food they have is delicious. Every meal is so yummy … we love starting with the halloumi or dips and then the lamb shoulder is a real treat. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends and work colleagues.

The food here at Piato is delicious and brings you right to Greece itself. I highly recommend the pita bread and dip and the calamari. The staff were nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Really nice food. The spanakopita was delicious. Great to sit outside, enjoying the warm weather. We will definitely be returning.

If you live nearby north Sydney,it must be come to here try Pastitsio. I'm traveling from Melbourne to Sydney. My friends recommended this restaurant to me. I am very satisfied with this restaurant tonight.Nice food. Nice service.

A good Greek Restaurant with a clearly regular local crowd. We didn’t get it regrettably. But the lamb shoulder looks superb.

The food was absolutely amazing! The male staff was absolutely lovely and going above and beyond. Giving 4 stars only, as the female wait staff really cut the lovely vibe of this restaurant. She was yelling, and was giving me some attitude which shocked me given everything else about this place was lovely.

Had three deserts + one meze to share with a friend..Fig and date pudding + ice cream: THE BEST, a must have, and I’ve never come across a better one in Sydney. I’ll definitely be coming back for itBougatsa: a nice airy dessert, very big, not as many flavours happening like the pudding but the orange blossom was definitely a nice touch. It’s a 50-50 on ordering again, maybe during summer?Dessert special - baklava cheesecake: it was nice, and has some nice flavours and textures going on, so it’s worth the try. I’d still prefer Jimmy falafel’s baklava dessert.Out of the desserts, first place goes to pudding, second place to the baklava cheesecake and third to bougatsa.Had the saganaki for meze and it was nice as well, nothing special per say.Service wise, for some reason the waiter was in a hurry to clear out our table and have us out of these even though they were fairly empty for a Wednesday evening. Didn’t give very welcoming vibes either but he still did his job at the end of the night…
