Poor communication. Waited outside the studio for an hour and a half past the agreed upon time to get access. No response prior to shoot date about backdrops, nothing was set up and minimal props inside. And still no one has responded to a text message or email… wouldn’t recommend.

I curated an art exhibition at L117 in last year and it was incredible! Best location and they even allowed us to use the carpark to have live music! Cannot recommend them enough.

Spent a phenomenal hens night here. The staff was so amazing and the venue was gorgeous. Cannot speak highly enough about this place and was very greatful the have the help of Diamond when everything wasn't going to plan, she helped put the night back on track, and we were so greatful. 10/10 reccomned.

Had the best hens night here, would highly recommend. After an awkward encounter involving a group of non- invited guests Diamond showed complete understanding and professionalism, and I couldn't have imagined a better hens night. A beautiful studio with beautiful staff :)

The most beautiful, well lit and spacious studio on the coast. The staff at L117 have been so helpful and accomodating with my booking, plus they have dogs!

We paid for a 5 hour booking and we’re told to call at 4pm to gain access but the numbers were disconnected. We waited an hour and decided to leave and move our event to a different venue. We have not received an apology or refund. However they have gone to the effort to post fake 5 star reviews about a fake hens party from Samantha, Thalia and Paige on the night. Do not book here.

Such an incredible space, as soon as you walk in the door, the natural light and open space is just stunning. I've used L117 for an elopement wedding shoot and fashion collaboration, have attended their life drawing classes and a networking event. For each occasion, the space was able to be transformed, tailored to the group and what we needed.Would recommend for events, photography & videography and I'll definitely be booking again!

Such a nice studio! Easy access and heaps of furniture options to pick from. Lighting is amazing and helps for great quality images, will definitely be back!

Had an amazing hens night here! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful and the venue was fabulous . Could not recommend this place more. Diamond really went above and beyond when a few outsider guests disrupted the night ,she helped de-escalate the situation quickly , we got to have a great night I will remember for sure Thankyou !

I've shot in this space a number of times for various clients and the quality of the light and design of the studio means that photos and videos come out beautifully with very little editing or touch ups. It's great for product photography and portraiture as the light is white balanced so colours are true to life!
