Respectfully, this is the worst clinic I have ever been to. I drove 20 minutes to get to this clinic, I walked in and waited 15 minutes, which wasn’t bothersome at all. After seeing Dr. Alison Morris I got completely shut down and not a single query was solved. I was in the room maximum 5 minutes with “Um” and “Ah” as a response to the help I need. She’s taken on a new patient and not been able to offer even a minute amount of help and didn’t do a single thing. I’m upset that now she gets paid through my Medicare just for my very serious issues that have almost put me in hospital, to get turned down. I left feeling hopeless and helpless.

I really liked the doctors as they take their time and effort to look after you and your needs. However i will no longer be going as the customer service is astroish and very rude. Specially requested an appointment that needed a nurse and extra time. However the recepstionst couldn’t have bothered to listen or attempt to help in anyway. A whole appointment was wasted and will not be returning.

Disappointed, I was a few days early for my covid booster shot (4 months after last vaccine) and I was turned away during my appointment. Even though guidelines change at the end of the month to boosters 3 months after your last vaccine. I am disappointed my I travel and risk of potential exposure at the clinic and my capacity to return within the month was not considered.

I will never recommend this practice! I went to this GP shortly after moving to Australia since I was experiencing bad and painful symptoms such as terrible rashes and swollen face, arms and legs. The GP spent no more than two minutes asking me questions before he told me my diagnosis. According to him, he was certain that I was allergic to perfume in the products I was using and prescribed me medicine to calm down my rashes. The medicine only helped very temporarily, however, I spent the next half year buying new products and trying to understand what products caused this issue as I continued to experience awful outbreaks. Six months later I went to a new doctor since the outbreaks became worse and worse. This doctor told me that it was very unlikely that a perfume allergy would lead to my symptoms and got me in with a skin specialist less than a week after. The skin specialist did some testing but could straight away tell me that I am in no way allergic to perfume and that I in fact suffer from 'atopic dermatitis'.The Sippy Downs Family Medical GP gave me the wrong diagnosis and even prescribed me medicine THAT I NEVER WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE! I spent a bunch of money and six months of pain because he did not take the time or have the expertise to give me a proper diagnosis. It has since been very clear to me that he wanted to earn the most $$ by getting people as quickly as possible through the clinic.

If you suffer from chronic illness don't even bother trying to attend this practise. My partner recently attended a session with a female GP, and left in tears after being constantly dismissed and her issues brushed aside after attempting to present peer reviewed literature which the doctor wouldn't even bother to view to understand her condition. Provided with treatment that has already been deemed ineffective.Horrible practise 0/10

We cannot recommend Dr Dal Goodman highly enough.He is genuinely caring, listens to our concerns, is good with kids and has a great sense of humour.There is never a long wait time and appointments are never rushed.The staff are good and a special shoutout to Nurse Jackie who is absolutely wonderful.We don't know what we are going to do when Dr Dal decides to retire!

These guys offer the COVID Pfizer immunisations.I rang up on Monday morning and they had time at midday. They were helpful and accommodating. All their bookings had been via the phone and not HOTDOC......

Reception staff are great,Nurse is great.Dr Dal Goodman has a great sense of humour that makes him a very approachable Dr.DR Goodman has never rushed my appointments He always has time to listen.Very friendly practice,Easy going and professional.

My first interaction with this team was nothing but exceptional. In need of assistance and without an appointment, this crew ensured that I was treated with a warm welcome, genuine empathy and a sense of urgency to accomodate my situation.Having never been a patient prior, I was astounded at the lengths this awesome team went to help a stranger in need with the care and compassion in which they did. We saw Dr Dal for the first time last week and he was excellent. After visiting other practices in the Sippy Downs area where we felt dismissed, Dr Dal was extremely compassionate and we highly recommend him if you’re looking for an ongoing GP who values their patients as more than just a number.
