I love this gym and training with Nina!I have seen an amazing change not only in my strength and technique but in my body. The sessions are fun (always laughing) but challenging at the same time and always have me feeling great! Couldn't recommend enough!

Nina is the best trainer! She motivates me to push way harder than I would on my own. She is very fussy about correct technique but makes training enjoyable. I am so much stronger than I have ever been before after training with Nina for two years.

If you're looking for a fun filled lifting session with first class instruction, great workouts and lifting techniques catered to each individual and lots of laughs, then Nina is the PT you're looking for. I've been training with Nina for 4 years and I've been in the best shape of my life ever since!

Nina is a fun, skilled trainer who focuses on proper technique and progression. She's not a slave-driver type of trainer, but is incredibly knowledgeable about exercise science and it shows. Since I started training with her six months ago I've seen so many improvements in my strength, fitness, not to mention my pain levels from existing injuries.I recommend Nina if you're:* new to weightlifting (or not so new, as she will correct your bad habits)* have injuries or other physical issues to work around* want to make sure you're lifting safely* want to build strength for other sports or life generally* want to have a fun time while working out
