Fake people. Not professionals at all, and back stab one other. This business is a joke.The workers talk about inappropriate things and talk about each other on the floor.They refuse service if you have loud children, olus the colour work is basic at best. Save your money and go elsewhere!Certain stylists are just down right rude bulliying their staff.(Blue hair).Wouldnt recommended wasting your time or breath on these people!

The best salon in Maitland! I've been a regular at Aikido for several years now and couldn't be happier. Daniel, Josef and their amazing team of stylists are fun, talented, knowledgeable, always professional and customer-focused. Their cuts and colours are next level and the genuine warmth and love that greets you as you walk through the door is always on point. The atmosphere they have worked hard to create exudes a sense of calm, relaxation and positivity. I always leave feeling like a million bucks, looking forward to my next visit. Thanks, legends! X

The team at Aikido are just a whole vibe. I have wierd requests for my hair like Neon Green and Black split dyes, and they nail it everytime! If you are in Maitland and looking for an escape from the hustle of the street - definitely pop in and book yourself a little pamper sesh!
