It means they will not add a lash size that could potentially ruin the original lash, they will advise on what would be best to suit your individual lash in the most healthiest way possible.

Honestly the best experience I have ever had whilst getting my lashes done. Nancy ( the lady who did my lashes ) is a new tech but highly exceeded my expectations! She was so gentle and took her time to pay attention to details. She was so so nice. the room was clean and all the equipment was well organised. I 100% recommend if you’re looking to get your lashes done, have full confidence that it is worth every moment of your time!

I had my eyelashes done a few days ago for the first time, the girls were so helpful in helping me when I was trying to explain the look I was after and I am so happy with my lashes and will definitely return. I have social anxiety and struggle talking to people but although I was anxious I was comfortable enough to engage in conversation. I love that you can book online as it makes it so easy to see when appointments are available without having to talk and ask 50 questions to find out when appointments are available. It's right there on the screen. Highly recommend as the whole process was easy and so comfortable

The lash artists are nice, but aren't very experienced. The two occasions that I came to get a natural/classic set and my lashes looked bald and bare, and when I mentioned this I was told I don't have enough lashes. I've been getting my lashes done for 13 years and I've never had this problem before. In my opinion the price isn't worth what you get.

Chelsie was super friendly and informative. It was a clean and welcoming environment. I felt so comfortable there and it was definitely the best experience I've had getting my lashes done!
