Lovely owners, friendly, warm welcome. The room was clean, fresh and inviting. Fantastic in room amenities, even a chopping board! Fluffy towels, comfy bed, slept like rocks, quiet with a great location, couldn't ask for more! Thankyou.

Great clean motel with friendly staff But we were in a upstairs room and there is a step in the landing that is not marked clearly (sign in the roof but the step was not marked clearly) and I triped over it. Dangerous.

Very clean and comfortable family room. Stayed 2 nights; staff were friendly and helpful. Short drive to town centre with pub within walking distance for dinner. Only negatives are light bathroom door allowing ALL toilet noise to be heard in room and pool still too cold to swim although advertises heated pool. Would definitely stay here again. Good value for money

We stayed there for 4 nights, it was good! The customer service was great, the room was nice and clean. There are just a couple of minor issues if they fix, it would be perfect, one of them is the tv, it was very old, almost useless. We needed it because, obviously, there is nothing to do at night at Mt Gambier.

Arkana Motor Inn & Terrace Apartments
We liked this motel. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also appreciated the way the AC (air conditioning) was not nosy at all. For that reason, we could sleep splendidly all night for at least 10 hours.We are grateful for some complementary bottles of water we found on the table when arrived. Great value for money and not far from the city center on Commercial Street with lots of coffee shops, restaurants as week as some interesting tourist attractions.

Will definitely return when in gambier again, staff were very welcoming and accommodating, needed late check in was easy done, staff are doing an amazing job, pool is heated and actually warm with cover
