Eric helped me set up all my physiotherapy clinic and all my IT needs. He was great from start to finish. I am not very tech savy and he provided ongoing support when I got stuck. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I look forward to working with Eric in the future

We called Eric for help with a degraded and crashed NAS drive that contained over 15 years of family photos. He was prompt with a fast turnaround. He wasn't able to access the data himself so he didn't charge for his time. Instead he recommended a data recovery specialist who was able to recover everything for us. Five stars for customer service. Thanks Eric!

Eric did a fantastic job rescuing my dead portable hard drive. He responded quickly to my call for help and was very accommodating with his time even working over a weekend. Very professional and reasonably priced. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Eric was very prompt, helpful, and able to explain what had happened to my computer in easy to understand ways. His pricing was extremely fair, and he even dropped the computer off on a Sunday night! Couldn’t recommend him more.
