Be weary of the reports issued and get them checked, mine came back recently stating cabin air filter dirty despite having out a brand new one in 3 days prior. Otherwise friendly mechanics, good novelty with videos service

Completely deserving of a 5 star rating due to their impeccable service- friendly staff who go over and above to service their customers. They knew that the time I had to leave was peak hour traffic so they offered to turn my car around for an easy exit and helped me out with the costs of my service! Will be going there from now on :)

We really appreciated how communicative and friendly they were here. They took our car in for a service at the last minute, kept us up to date with the cost and additional repairs, and were happy to explain to us what was needed and why. Can highly recommend

Made a call to see if they could supply and install a battery on a late model Mercedes, and Boris took my call. So helpful and willing to get me sorted out, I was in the store in an hour and getting my battery fitted.All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the price was great.Would easily recommend them for future mechanical needs, great job guys.

The automasters team at Glenelg are a fabulous business. I wouldnt take my two cars anywhere else. The service is fantastic and their quality of work is brilliant. The video review they send you about your servicing and repairs is a great innovation.

I can not believe how incredible the team at Glenelg Auto Masters is. They were so thorough with my car, and they genuinely looked after me. I was so thankful that the manager Boris looked after my car, and such a great price too. They even gave me a free loan car for the duration of my car being fixed overnight, which was so helpful! Even after I had paid for my service, I asked them to look at something for me and they without hesitation had a look and fixed the issue, it was such a genuinely great experience to have my service,and some other things for me. They even offered to speak to an auto electrician about my radio for me and get it all sorted for me. They went above and beyond for me. Thank you Boris and Team! I'll be back!!

Just utter professionals..honest as the day is long. My car went in as the aircon had stopped working. A couple hours later I went to pick it up and was told nothing wrong! Just a button that was off when it should have been on. No charge! Brilliant! Totally recommend.

I have just had my car in at Auto Masters Glenelg . It's the second time I have entrusted them with my pride and joy. Now it is the second occasion where this business has gone way over and above any expectations I had and provided me with an outstanding level of customer service . That's 100% of the time that I have needed help that they have saved the car and me. I don't know too much about engines and thus had left a major service too long. What I am an expert in is customer service. The time taken to video what was wrong and explain what needed doing. The genuine effort to source parts that were the best price and the comparisons given were over and above usual . The complete experience, a complimentary loan car !! I can't recommend this business highly enough. If you want superior service and a business you can really trust to look after you .
