Feline Resort

Have had the best experiences with the Feline Resort. Both our cats have stayed here many times when we have traveled and they have been so well looked after, leaving the cattery as though they’ve had their own holiday. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Thank you again for always taking such care and attention.

Great experience for us and our cat! Wonderful and responsive service. Very knowledgeable about cats and an expert. We were traveling for a month and knew our cat was in the best hands. She was in excellent condition when we got her back and very happy.

Kerry K - Neither myself nor my two Rag dolls can believe what you have written. My cats have boarded at Feline Resort many times over the past two years and every time they have returned home just the same as when they left; happy, well fed, well groomed and spoiled rotten. The owners of feline resort are devoted to their boarders and each is treated as an individual. Their food is the same, the resort luxurious, what more could a pampered cat want? Kerry K you clearly have never had any dealings with a professional cattery. Potential owners/boarders don't let the comments of Kerry K put you off, this is the best place for your special feline!

Rude woman on phone and wouldn't let us leave cats for one night. .. even though was happy to pay for 3 nights! Won't be using you !!!!

I have left my two cats twice, for two six week overseas holidays and won't leave them any where else! The cats love staying at the resort, really enjoy all the attention they receive especially with the outside /inside areas, soothing music is played and the cats are fed their favourite foods. Being a small cattery the cats get individual care and attention. I would highly recommend any one to leave there cats at the feline resort

Very very very very very rude and extremely poor customer service. This business attempts to convince you to make a booking and pay a sizeable non refundable deposit without allowing you the opportunity to inspect first or without providing any suitable photos of the facilities. When questions are asked of them, they are responded to in a very rude and very unprofessional manner. If you want to inspect the premises you are lucky to be given the opportunity within a month. I can only imagine the terrors that are likely discovered upon inspection of this facility, but by that time it will be too late you've already paid your deposit! If you're a cat hater, then by all means, this cattery is for you and your feline!

Will never ever use this place! Female employee (owner?) is the height of rudeness. Suggest you stay away and use another place.
