Ceyda is professional, warm and welcoming and is an amazing colourist and stylist! I also had a beautiful relaxing facial with Simran. Left the salon feeing so happy and relaxed. ❤️

Came there and got a haircut. I asked the lady to cut around half the length of my hair off, she asked me “is this good?” And I said yes but she kept going that happen around 2-3 times before she stopped. After she nicked me I had blood down my ear and she used her finger to wipe it! Who knows how dirty her hands are after taking care of a lot customers. RISK of infection. When I came home I saw how uneven the haircut was.

There is no where else I trust in South East Melbourne for getting mine and my daughter's eyebrows threaded. Sorry I always cry though lol.

I went in late November 2022 and they charged me 45 aud for hair wash and cut. Today for exactly the same thing they charged me 55 aud. Their board in the front still says 45 aud. Would not go again or recommend.

I went to this salon to get highlights and facial done. Service was superb, did not have to wait long. Really loved the deep cleansing facial done thoroughly and was very relaxing for me. Will do facial again from here. As for hair highlights loved it the outcome. Spent a long time here but was worth it. Will do treatment again here. Maybe a suggestion to have more magazines for customers :)
