Excellent builders, on time, on budget and very approachable. Can't recommend them highly enough. Looking forward to having enough money in the bank to get them back for a few extensions we have planned.

We have just had handover from Tru-Built. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their patience and knowledge while we worked with them deciding on, then modifying a design to suit our block was fantastic. Once building began it was completed ahead of schedule. All of the office staff, supervisors and tradesmen were lovely to deal with. The team at Tru-built have been extremely accommodating for us throughout the entire building process, from altering floor plans to suit our needs to the final touches that make our new house a home! Rod and his team have truly bent over backwards for us to meet our deadlines (saving us a bucket load on stamp duty as we commenced the building process close to the 2 year mark after buying our land).This being our first home and being unfamiliar with the building jargon, Kelli from Tru-Built has answered every and all questions, empowering us to make the right choices for us. Rod has worked within our budget to design a quality home while meeting all our requirements (bedrooms for each of our children, 2 separate living areas, good storage areas etc.).They have offered a great choice of suppliers to make our selections. Our supervisor Dirk has been extremely approachable, has kept us in the loop with what has been going on along the way, taking on all requests for advice and information. If he hasn't been able to answer a question or request immediately, he has always gotten back to us with the answer in a very timely manner.Honestly, there is nothing I could fault them on. Rod has designed a house for us that is light filled, cool and practical. My family and I cannot wait to start making memories in our new home! I would like to just leave a short thank you to the staff. I rang to ask questions about a house they built 19 years ago and I am considering purchasing. They were more than accommodating and very knowledgeable about the products they used. They even rang me back, which is refreshing in this fast paced industry.

My beautiful Tru-Built home is now 4 years old and I could not be happier. Rod, Kelli and the entire team were wonderful to work with. We built our home with tru-built 12 months ago. It was an easy process and they were great to work with. Very straight forward. Any perceived issues were addressed professionally and promptly.This is a great family owned business. Tru Built were absolutely fantastic to build with! Right from the start they were great with communication and time management, and had some truly lovely and practical home designs (especially well suited to sloping blocks). The build was incredibly well managed, well priced and even my engineer husband couldn't find a fault. They were very accommodating, working extremely hard to have our build done before our lease ran out. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime - you'll get a stunning home!
