Brad is the man, genuinely nice, he knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend taking the time and tell him what you want he listened gave the best advice, I walked away feeling knowing i made a good choice. Thanks Brad ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The customer service member Kelly that we originally dealt with when we purchased our bedroom setting from was the only positive part of our experience back in January this year. However it is now August and $4500 later than was fully paid back in March, we STILL don’t have our full setting. We have waited over 6 months for a dressing table and it’s getting beyond a joke. I’m normally not one to complain but considering it’s takes less time to manufacture a car than a dressing table at the moment and considering how much money we have paid, this is not good enough. I have called several times and get met with the same excuse every time ‘it’s in a container coming next week’ but that container never comes!! Absolutely useless

My mum and I went to Bed R Us at Macgregor and purchased a King Single mattress and adjustable base bed for the living room for my dad as he was very frail and couldn’t make it up the stairs to the bedroom. Dad was in hospital when the bed was delivered, but sadly he passed away in hospital a week later. As we no longer needed the bed and it had never been used, we rang the store to return the bed. The staff & manager were very nice, however informed us the store didn’t do credits. This was taken up to the store owner, who eventually agreed to take the bed back under the conditions that we pay for delivery back to the store, which I thought was fair but what was unreasonable was a 25% restocking fee. This is totally unjustifiable as the bed had never been used and the repackaging cost would be minimal as the bed manufacturer is in Brisbane. This is a disappointing outcome for our family, and we believe this is unethical and morally wrong. We won’t be returning to this store and will let other families and friends know how they deal with customers. Shameful.

I was very happy with the service. Kelly was very helpful and not at all pushy. Delivery was arranged promptly and my old ensemble was removed. I'm looking forward to many comfortable nights on my new bed.
