Amazing store! I was just in Byron for a week from Sydney and I was so pleased with the range of products stocked, and the incredibly easy displays - so easy to find products I can NEVER find in Sydney. The brands stocked are high quality and very well priced, I grabbed some beautiful watercolour paints from brands like Winsor and Newton, Holbein and Daniel Smith on sale. I even grabbed their business card to see if I can do phone orders in the future. 5/5!

This place is amazing and might even be going back tomorrow morning. Altogether it is an amazing shop and has amazing employees working there would highly recommend

What happened to our Community Spirit…….?Poor customer service (woman). After purchasing a watercolour sheet which was too large, I returned it within less than 10mins hoping for an exchange for the right size sheet. The Customer service was unhelpful and I was told we don’t have anything smaller and there is not refunds because it was wrapped?

I often buy pencils and paper from here. Great service and an excellent range of products for artists.Conveniently between Woolworths and the roundabout in Mullumbimby

A friend took me here and it piqued my interest in art again. Not only do they have art classes, good quality materials and a great coffee machine, the owners are absolutely dedicated to their passion and are just wonderful. Highly recommend a visit.

Still@the Centre Arts is a treasure trove for things art. They stock not only what you want but also wonderful art supplies that you did not know you needed.There is a peaceful happy vibe and you can browse and dream, yes art supplies make me happy!When you need help the knowledgeable staff are such a pleasure. They truly engage.There are now 2 other stores in Ballina and Mullumbimby that are also excellent.Independent stores rock!

Their lack of professionalism is alarming: I took a few prints to frame and the experience was a total disaster:After leaving a few prints at their store I was told they will call me to quote me for the framing. They did never call to inform me the quote and a months later I received a txt to let me know the prints were ready. At pick up I was shocked to find that they charged me almost a 35% more than other quote I have for the same job. To make things smooth I simply paid, took my framed prints and promised myself to never ever come back again.Yet, very unfortunately I had to break my promise as only 2 months later one of the prints came off the black support. So, not only the prices are absurd, the framing skills are rather poor.I took it back to get it fixed and some how I was expecting to get called shortly after as I thought they would make sure to fix their mistake promptly (maybe at a proper business they would, but not here)As I received no call from them for about 8 weeks I called to find out if I could finally get my print back. I was told because the lockdown (at this stage only started 2 weeks before) they were not sure if my prints was ready and that they will call me to let me know. Of course they did not call to follow up. So I have to again get in contact with them to ones more enquiry about my print. They apologise for the silence (really?) and blamed the lockdown situation and its related problems. (tho they have 8 weeks to get things sorted previously to lockdown). My print is still missing.To sum it up, if you need to frame a print, please go somewhere else.
