Nice new store with plenty of parking in a dedicated area but none undercover for when it rains. Staff were friendly and polite. Product range was pretty standard though. There is also a BWS attached.

Pro's:nice clean shopping center.Shelves are generally well stockedPrices are not too badCons:Not really enough parking.Closes 10pm whereas Coles closes at midnight.

Very large Woolworths, best in the area. They have a lot of stock and quick service. The return and earn is in the car park and its easy to go instore and get the money straight away. I had no problems exchanging a faulty item even though I didn't have the receipt as it was a gift

Woolworths Casula has recently received an upgrade where parts of the parking space now have shade. The store is well looked after and easy to find things as any other Woolworths would be. They have a return and earn, which is also great and uncommon in this area. The only downfall is the absence of EV parking spaces and chargers.

Would have to be one of the worse Woolworths with staff they do not move out of the way when ur pushing heavy trolleys instead stand there and talk to each other and give you the most filthy looks if u ask if they could move and the ones doing the pick up orders will hit u with there carts and not apologise just also look at you with a disgusted look if you say ouch wouldn’t recommend

It deserves a 6 stars indeed. The staff are always friendly, thoughtful and professional. This morning the staff even showed me how to park the trolley at the self-help check out machine in a way that allows me to lift the goods super easily.

Shopping there today for a few things and went to the bread first, seeing which one my MIL wanted and then feeling to see which one was the softest like plenty of other people do. Then one of the workers (older gentleman) just stares at me saying nothing. I asked if he wanted to go through he said and continues to watch me. Then finally says in a tone that he just packed the bread. I just said ok and left with one bread to buy, refusing the get the stuff I needed there because of him. I wasn't doing anything wrong and he made me feel like I was. Let people shop in peace. Never shopping there again and already forwarded my feedback to woollies who need to teach their staff about the proper customer service.Edit (since didn't realise this until much later): The bread that was supposedly put out that day was going to be off just over a few days, so either he lied or is putting on not so fresh bread which is not good woollies.
