Robert's service is great and second to none. Just go there to see what a service is supposed to be. I am a return customer for decade plus. When you find the best, you do not want to deal with sales people who are interested in selling and no after sales support.

So I've got my MFC-J6930DW set up and printing and it's a dream machine.Thank you to the wonderful Robert Dogrusever - I've acquired possibly the best printer I've ever had - it's quietly effective and effective and gets the job done in a microsecond.If you are looking for a printer, pop down to see Robert, he's a master of customer experience and always happy to meet the needs and expectations of his customers.And call ahead to see what he can offer you before you visit - you might be pleasantly surprised ;).

Great customer service! Robert helped me out so much with my home printer. He spent so much time sorting out the issue and resolved it. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Won't go or purchase inks elsewhere!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I bought my product online and was still contacted by a sales member to notify me that my printer had been sent and was super helpful with some other enquires. 110% recommend this company. Super friendly and good prices too

I ordered a Canon ivy mini printer in February 2022. It is now mid July 2022 I am still yet to receive my item. I have called Rob multiple times and says he will call me back but never does. Now he refuses to answer my calls. I do not recommend anyone purchasing through this online scam store.

Robert was unbelievable. Officeworks found it too hard to walk 20m and sell me one off the shelf, insisting I order online and wait 24 hours....Robert drove from oakleigh south to thomastown to get me some toner from the warehouse and dropped it off at 8pm so I would have the ability to print over the weekend.Unbelievable service
