DTB Pumps
On 2nd Dec. 2021, our rain water pump alarm was on. We turned off the pump and called DTB PUMPS for the service. The DTB staff were very helpful and booked a service man coming to our property within 2 hours. The service man was very nice and professional and fast resolved the issue. He also taught me all the details about operating system. We were very luck to call DTB for this service. Only 2 hours after the service, it was a heavy rain in our area. If DTB didn't come so fast, our property would be flooding. We really appreciate DTB Pumps. Many THANKS to all the DTB staff.

Yong Li, Electronic Engineer of DTB pumps has been very helpful.We had a few complications with the pumps and DTB Pumps assisted us with ironing out all complications. They were prompt and courteous. I have been able to get through to Yong Li irrespective of the time. Thank you for your excellent services.

I just avoided and accident on the Monash by one of the employees at DTB pumps. I had to slam on my breaks to avoid the accident. I’ve added a photo of the Ute. I wouldn’t trust anyone who has this little care about others lives.

Excessive charge to spend on just a call out fee to see what is wrong with a brand new pump. I will not go direct to them ever again. Very disappointed

Excellent service. Had an issue with our pump over Xmas and a service team was sent within 24 hours and I'm confident that the issue has been resolved. Comforting to know that emergency service/repairs are available at any time of year which is very important.

We were liaising with 2 pump providers over 3 weeks to size and obtain specs a +2000L Drainage Pump Station that met our design requirements. Within an hour after the initial phone conversation with DTB's engineer, the system was sized, drawings, pump data and installation manual were issued for our review. This gave us confidence in placing an order the next day. The material turned up on site within a week. Competitive pricing. Great customer service. Thank you Mendis and DTB teams.

Excellent quality products and super friendly staff. Service and Warranty claims is what I look at when buying a pump package, these guys know what they’re doing. Highly recommend the team for a or alternative to specified and custom pump package.
