With all the nursery available in town ypu would think customer service would be a priority to the business. But the lack of engagement. Customers service is nonexistent here.

I was a bit disappointed that I completed two circuits of the nursery and there was no one around to ask for help. I prefer to shop at small business but they'll have to up their game if they don't want the big competition (Bunnings etc) swallowing them up. I ended up going to Bunnings and spending $300.

Great range of plants arranged in a very organised way. Very friendly and helpful staff willing to give advice and always close by to advise. Generally a well organised and pleasant nursery to visit for your garden needs

I shopped in here a few weeks ago. Only intended to browse however I left with multiple plants. I found their pricing reasonable & even found a few bargains! The lady who served me was lovely & so was the gentleman who came out to clarify a question I had. Will be coming back again.They previous reviews do not reflect my experience here. Check them out for yourself ☺️

First and Last Visit. Pathetic to say the least. Refused my 4 year old daughter from using a toilet when she was clearly in distress. Didn't even offer to order in what I asked about nor did they suggest anything else similar. Bunnings around the corner provided much better service and are even ordering in our required plants for half the prices pf this place.

The service is simply horrendous. Both times I've been ignored and treated as a burden to even be in there. Even after I initiate conversation or ask advice its like they are not interested. Also the prices, tell em they're dreaming!
