Over a week without the package moving. I could have walked there and back in a week. 1 star is far too high. Would not use this company under any circumstances. Highly agree with other dissatisfied posters. I will not buy from a company that uses Hunter Express. Should be call Hunter No Idea!

Still waiting for mattress I purchased. It's 5 days late so far. Out of 5 deliveries i have had from them, only 1 arrived on time. I am now probably going to have to get a replacement as it is needed by tomorrow. Why do companies keep using hunters. All they need to do is read these reviews. Companies should have to tell you before you purchase who will be delivering product. So you can look at other options. This is not acceptable, and you can no longer use covid as the excuse. You can't even call them. I've been trying for 3 days. Hunters are not only affecting the purchaser, they are also giving the companies we buy from a bad name, and that is not fair on them.

Since i bought something online i never received such a bad service like that. Now i wondering how this delivery company exists in Melbourne? The staff need to talk to customer first before give the parcel if the customer not pick up the phone they not bothered to drop the parcel even we give our address alr. what a shame that i experience with this kind of company

Terrible Experience with Hunter Express: Avoid at All Cost!!!I recently had the misfortune of using Hunter Express for the delivery of my sofa set, and I must say it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The level of service provided by this courier company is nothing short of abysmal, and I would strongly advise everyone to steer clear of them.First and foremost, the delivery of my sofa set was promised to be timely and efficient. However, Hunter Express failed to fulfill this basic commitment. They repeatedly delayed the delivery, making excuse after excuse without any regard for my time or inconvenience caused. It's extremely disappointing when a company cannot even adhere to their own delivery schedule.The lack of communication from Hunter Express further exacerbated the problem. I constantly had to chase them for updates, and when I did manage to get in touch with their customer service, their responses were unhelpful and unsatisfactory. They seemed disinterested in resolving the issue promptly or providing any meaningful solutions. It was as if they had no regard for the value of my time or the importance of customer satisfaction.To add insult to injury, the condition in which my sofa set arrived was appalling. It was poorly handled during transit, resulting in visible damage to the furniture. Despite paying for a supposedly professional service, Hunter Express displayed a complete lack of care and negligence towards my belongings.It's clear that Hunter Express lacks the professionalism, efficiency, and customer-centric approach that one would expect from a courier company. Their inability to meet delivery deadlines, poor communication, and damaged goods are all indicative of a severe lack of competence and integrity.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Hunter Express for any delivery needs. Save yourself the headache and frustration by opting for a reliable and reputable courier service instead. Hunter Express has proven themselves to be unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional throughout my experience. Terrible customer service and late deliveryI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the postal service. My order delivery from Myer is well passed the 1-3 business day delivery promise and there has been no communication from them as to why? My order has been setting with them in their depo for days and is not moving at all. I have tried contacting the postal service multiple times, only been able to get through once to be advised that it will take another week for them to be able deliver. There has been no prior communication from the postal service about why the package is late or when it is expected to be delivered.This is very frustrating, as I need the package for an important project. I am also concerned about the safety of the package. I am disappointed with the customer service from the postal service, and I would not recommend them to anyone.I will also be making a complaint to the supplier Myer who posted my stock with them.I hope that the postal service will take my complaint seriously and investigate the matter. I would also like to be compensated for the inconvenience that I have experienced.

Our items were long long past the expected delivery date, and Hunter Express were impossible to get in contact with. I needed my items by a specific date and was willing to come and collect them myself from the depot, but I couldn't even contact anyone to make that happen. Never using them again.

Very poor service. The delivery guy didn't care about my package it was damaged.We were home when he dropped off my order. Too lazy to knock on the door!I get a notification at 11am saying the driver is an hour away. He didn't show up till 4pm. He just left it out in the open for someone to walk off the streets and take it. Just not good enough Hunter's express.Sends an email to notify me the delivery was there. Just NOT HAPPY WITH Your SERVICE!

Item picked up on 23/11 in Melbourne and travelled past my house to their depot in Traralgon and held by their sub contractors Gippsland Freight. Hunter are very hard to get hold of by phone (you have to pretend you're booking a pick up to speak to an actual person) and promised numerous times parcel will be delivered. Eventually delivered on 20/12 in a box that looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse. Don't use!

I will NEVER use this company again. The driver 'called in sick' twice leaving my parcels uncollected for 4 days and then when he did show up, he did not have enough space in the van for the items. It has now been two weeks and my items have not been delivered to my customer despite accepting jobs based on 1-2 days. I have now emailed and called and either get no reply or I have been hung up on with their call centre who tell me their transit times are not accurate on their website....
