Norm maybe the most honest mechanic in the Inner West...maybe even in Sydney. He is a straight shooter and what ever he says is true. Fair prices and a fair go. I can recommend him without any reservations.

I have no stars to give because I took my car in for a service and it came back over revving. When I spoke to the mechanic about bringing it back only days after I got it back he said he couldn't look at it until the 9th of January. My car was in perfect working order until they serviced it. You would expect them to say bring it back the next day and we will have a quick look. I had to take it to another mechanic who fixed their problem for me. Most expensive service I've ever had to pay for.

Excellent service from great local business! Got my pink slip a few weeks ago on a friends recommendation as I wanted to support a local, instead of the dealership.Today I took the car back for a service and I’ll definitely be back again in 5000kms!Thanks Paul and Co :)

Got a service here today and my car was up for 4 new tyres. I have to hand it to Norm for his tyre recommendation which has completely transformed my car. He got 4 Goodyear Eagle EfficientGrips to replace the original Bridgestone Potenza RE050As. Much more quieter and comfortable ride.

Paul and Norm are the best :) They do all types of cars and they are extremely helpful. Ive moved away from the inner west but I still go to them to get my car serviced.

This is as close as you will ever get to an honest local mechanic".I have used them for 3 years straight & have never even once had any indication that I was being ripped off or up-sold on unnecessary works.All servicing works were done expertly & was told upfront if any unforeseen parts had to be replaced & how much it would cost & the repair duration.Had a 2001 Pulsar & then a 2017 X-Trail that the team serviced without any hassles.The ONLY negative was (at the time in 2020) they didn't work on weekends

Can't say a bad word on these guys. My issues are always small (mostly blown headlights on an old subaru) But they are always accommodating for a drop off / fix on the day when I have had to, or for booking in the same week.They are always forthcoming on detailing the work done, and with other general info when asked regarding my car.

I absolutely love Norm and his team. They are great value, always punctual, communicate well and there's absolutely no BS. I've been taking my car to them since I started driving 10+ years ago, and my parents have used him as well (for decades now I think). All of my cars have been perfect and I've sold them on with absolutely zero issues when I was ready to upgrade. They always give straight up good advice, and explain things so that someone like me (who has zero car knowledge) can understand. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great mechanics! Honest, trustworthy & straight up. I've been taking my cars to Norm and now Paul for years. Once you find mechanics like these......you dont go anywhere else. Friendly, professional, reliable service that is rare to come across these days. Can't say enough about how i trust them with my cars. Brilliant!
