Easy to book and beautiful result. After years of doing my own eyebrows due to past mistakes with misshaping, I went to Grace Threading and have ended up with perfect brows after a thread and tint. 10/10

Booked for an appointment didn't say anything about a glue test. Got that done booked another appointment for the next day arrived on time to be told there's no time to do it. Went somewhere else walked in got eyelash extensions done. Walked past Grace threading and what do I see someone getting eyelash extensions. The lady was rude like she didn't even want to even bother with us. Never again will I bother. Have found somewhere better in riverlink. Same price with better and nice people.

Got a lash lift and tint done today which costed me $70. Was really disappointed in the service. The ladies did not communicate with me throughout the process. They seemed very unsure of what they were doing also. My eyes were stinging during the process as well. My lashes have turned out bent and wonky and definitely not worth the $70 i paid for them. I Will not be going back and want a refund.

was not the worst place i have been too. they shaped my eyebrows nice and the color was exactly what i wanted. and the price was not bad :) i did not call for an appointment prior and they served me straight away. totally recommend and would visit again.

Doesn't even deserve 1 start I waited over half an hour since they opened 10 no one showed up not really happy when the website says open clearly there not

I had my eyelashes done here, they are now coming out in clumps. There’s about 5 of my natural lashes glued to a single fake lash and were done to close to my eyelid

I got my eyelashes permed with a tint for $65. I started of with long healthy lashes and left with bent and brittle lashes they were NOT curled, they were clumpy, and the tips of my eyelashes were fried off and now my eyelashes are a lot shorter. I had to get my friend to re do my lash lift because it was that bad. Honestly disappointed. Waste of my money and time

Went today to have my eyebrows threaded. There was one girl working and she had 2 clients waiting behind me. Before she started I specifically explained that I did not want my eyebrows thinned, especially not the tails.She spent all of 3 minutes on my brows, she showed me the mirror and I wanted to cry. My brows (which I have been trying to grow out the last 5 months!) were completely thinned and the shapes are competent different! I was so upset, but I didn’t want to make a fuss as there were clients behind me. As I got into my car I checked again and burst into tears.$20 for 3 minutes work. Gosh, sign me up for the jobThe lady was friendly but the place is is understaffed and the pressure obviously doesn’t allow the time needed to please each client.

Had eyelash extensions done by the staff 2 weekends ago. They spoke another language the entire time. At one point, I felt a jolt of pain, they had no explanation as to why. I was uncomfortable the whole time after that and could not wait until it was over. Then I received a bacterial eye infection immediately afterwards which I received medicine for. I have had eyelash extensions a few times before with no problems. I would not recommend this particular franchise for any service other than eyebrows.

I've been pretty lucky with getting my eyebrows done elsewhere but this is the only place that has managed to ruin them. My eyebrows are significantly different shapes and sizes, when tinting my eyelashes and brows they got dye on my nose (the tip and the bridge). Not worth the money, didn't show me when they were done and I'm upset that I paid $45 for this. They do not have the skill to be doing what they're doing. I won't be going back.
