Finding the need to redesign my website, I was researching many different web companies, chatting to a few, and comparing prices and packages etc. James from Refresh the Web was recommended to me, so I contacted James, and we had quite a lengthy a chat. James updated our website and added additional functionality - he was brilliant. Great communication throughout, very patient with all the finicky details we wanted, and always helpful and responsive. He ensured there would be no downtime, and the transition to the new site was seamless. It all went very smoothly, and he monitored the transition very carefully to ensure there were no hiccups.
