Would have be the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. Unfriendly service, often feels like they are doing you a favour and not their actual job. Slow processing times once they have parcels . It’s a horrible experience having to attend to pick anything up - dread it. Happy to now have all parcels and mail redirected so I don’t have to attend this PO again.

Extremely poor and disappointing customer service at the Two Wells Post Office! Absolutely disgusted by the man's pessimistic attitude and he is in need of a work observation ASAP!!! The outside paint work reflects the poor attitude inside and not a good reflection on Australia Post...

The service from that older man in the Two wells post office is disgusting. Every time I have gone in he has been rude. Never helpful makes you feel very unwelcome. I avoid going in there as much as possible.

Owner of this post office is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with.. Call to simply see if a item has been posted to his shop. He won’t even go check. Asks that you make the trip into his store to show ID rather than being a human being and being polite. Also hangs up multiple times. . always issues, very rude..

Great post office. Dereck is a good bloke, just can take some time to warm up to you. After a year here, he remember our names and box number, and is always friendly.If people say he is rude, it's most likely because they themselves were rude.

I realized it was not just me he spoke to in a rude, patronizing way when i listened to the conversation but all his customers. Then spent 10 minutes reading Google reviews of the post office about the rude old man""

Australia Post - Two Wells LPO
We have been dealing with Derek from Two Wells since we moved here, 11 years ago now and from day 1, he has been great to deal with. He always smiles, laughs and has a joke (I have a twisted sense of humour myself) . I enjoy dropping in and even shouting out hello as we walk by. :)
