They won't do what you want, but they consider is nice for them. They won't listen, as they're right and you're wrong. The lady pulls the face and starts being defensive and argumentative when a customer is trying to make her understand what she wants. Worst place ever!

One of the best nail salon locally. Jessie does her job beautifully, they provide amazing customer services. Your nails will be cared for, along with beautiful shape and colours.

A very nice family run business. Very clean, very conscientious of hygiene. Each client gets their own pack of equipment with their name on it, which is stored in a filing system and only gets used on you! Good service and excellent value for money. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good nail service .

I have been here many times and always totally satisfied with the service, the friendliness and cleanliness of the place. Jessica is the best nail artist in Melbourne. It is a must go nail salon. Totally a deserving 5 stars!

No doubt the best nail shop I have ever been too! Jess and mj always do such a great job, I usually get sns with dips and everytime the shape and design are always exactly what I ask for. If I want to change it Jess or mj are always so understanding. Some nail places you sit keeping to yourself but everyone is so welcoming here. They have a gorgeous Samoyed named Sam which he is one of sweetest and most well trained dogs I’ve ever met!Highly recommend this place

I had gotten my nails done by the owner of the salon, one week later two of my nails started chipping, I called to advice of my nails and asked if I could come back in to have them fixed, the owner sounded super annoyed that I had called, sighing over the phone agreed for me to come in the next day at 12:30. I got to my appointment 5 mins early, I advised my appointment was booked with the owner at 12:30 to have two nails fixed, the owner looked at me and said very rudely no your appointment is at 12:45 I’m with a client you’ll need to wait, I asked how long as I was on my lunch break and needed to head back, my question ignored and she said (again rudely) sit down, do you even remember what colour it was? By this stage I was in complete shock that I was receiving so much attitude and I said if I can see the colours I’d remember. Honestly I didn’t wait very long for her to start my nails, my hand was being pulled back and forth with a horrible attitude and when I went to put my hand in the shellac machine she pulled it out and said ‘did I say to our your hand in yet?)2 weeks later all my nails have chipped!!Never again will I visit this salon after the disgusting service, attitude and poor behaviour from not a worker but the owner!

No doubt in mind that this is the best place I’ve gone to get nails done! I’ve been going for well over a year now and have always walked out with a smile on my face with the end results and service I’ve gotten! Such a beautiful team that are welcoming from the first step in the door and could not thank Jess more if I tried for all the time and effort which is always put in every booking.

Very pleasant experience, first time getting my nails done and they look great. Many color to choose from too. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Jess is amazing - such a perfectionist and always takes the time to make suggestions and ensure all her clients are happy with their nails. She actually cares about the health of her clients nails as well, which is so rare these days. She will talk people out of services that she doesn’t think they need, all so their nails are healthy. They have a great colour range and she’s so talented at nail art. Do yourself a favour and come in for a visit, you’ll never be disappointed!
