What a waste of money never again! Absolutely disgusting, rice isn't even cooked properly the sauce is terrible this taste like something you'd but from the frozen meal section this place use to be good don't know what happened

I ordered noodle box through uber eats. And I have to say it was one of the best serve of noodles I have ever received . I ordered the honey soy with beef. The noodles were full of sauce (when usually they are a bit dry) and it had delicious flavours. I wish all my orders were made exactly this way!

It’s my first time ordering from noodle box and getting takeout is a luxury.it was terrible & I believe been refund would be the right thing to do. We didn’t eat it. The steam dim sims were ok. However my family and I ordered a soup and a noodle dish. The noodles were like a clump of mess. So didn’t eat at all no flavour and they were all stuck together. The soup well you’d say it was a noodle dish with half a cup of liquid. It wasn’t cheap and I’m extremely disappointed. It’s only been 30mins since the dishes were delivered and I am so upset that I have just wasted my earnings on dishes that will go to the bin.

Ordered 3 different dishes all of them were terrible. Wished I read some reviews before I went. Never again $75 dollars worth of food in the bin.

Honestly had NO Flavour and no broccoli or bokchoy. What a joke. Waited extra time and honeslty is that tastless I'm putting it straight in the bin and really want my money back. If i could give no stars i would. Really dissatisfied.

Used to love getting Noodle box when we didn't feel like cooking, but the last few times have been terrible. Staff being rude, food tasting bland, containers not completely filled etc. The most recent experience was awful. Ordered online at 7:30 and set my pick up time for 30 minutes. Headed in when the site said my order was ready. There were 4+ staff in the store and I was the only customer. Not one hello despite looking right at me, staff seemed genuinely annoyed that I was there. Picked up my order, said my thanks, and headed home. Food was extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 combination noodle as part of a deal. Both looked really pale and had a strange sour smell. Thinking maybe the sauce wasn't mixed through properly my partner and I still tried it. They both tasted off. Ended up throwing the entire meal ( A $45 meal pack) away as we couldn't trust that it wasnt rotten. Absolutely disgusting and a giant waste of money.

Ordered Nasi Goreng with prawns, it was soo drenched in sauce that it was completely inedible and so mushy due to being overcooked, absolutely DISGUSTING, also paid $4.50 for added prawns and got 1.

Ordered over 80 dollars worth of food over the phone had family picking it up they then had the meal sitting on the counter for over half an hour then when found it and told us it was ready they said it wasn't paid for. Showed proof of payment and they made a scene and demanded us to pay again. Wouldn't allow us to leave and all they say is sorry in whatever languageUnless staff and wouldn't ever go there again. Food was cold and greasy and attitude was outright arrogant and disgraceful

Food was super bland compared to the other Noodlebox in town, gentleman who served us was rude as well and didn't acknowledge my partner until he sat down (picking up an online order). Won't be back to this store. Our food also came in a Menulog bag that something (not our food) had leaked all over the bottom of.
