Went there for a haircut, hairdresser told us that it would take 30 min so we did some shopping in the meantime, when we went back she said another half an hour, we did some more shopping so we weren't cluttering up space and came back. Eventually it had been an hour and she said oh you left so I gave your spot to someone else" we tried to explain and she once again said the same thing."

I think they are the best in town. My hair was cut by a barber from Syria and I am absolutely delighted with the sevice. He was really professional and caring, very thorough as well. Can't say anything more, but a huge thanks! Appreciated and recommended, all of the guys and girls here. 10/10. Thanks!

If you care about your hair... Don't go here.$33 for a 10min cut that was absolutely butchered. Take 1-2cm off the top... Try about 4cm. Awesome, hated my hairstyle anyway.Uneven on top and the front buzz treatment doesn't match from left and right.Driving the extra 30min to my old hairdresser doesn't seem so bad now.Disappointing as this place was actually recommend to me.

Terrible barbers(maybe not all of them) they do not care at all about customers satisfaction. Not properly fading, uneven hairs, laughing loudly chatting in their native languages with the other barbers while barely giving attention to their job. They charge me $50 for unfinished haircut because it was taking too long and my hair was too long". Had to go to big Barber at entrance near optus to fix the mess they made of my hair."

Asking this place for fading is same as asking them peel your skin off, and the hair cut bro, whatever’s you ask or show photo they just can’t make it right and blame you for it. I have tried more then 3 time all different people and never again, I don’t recommend any human to cut your hair in this place

For a haircut just like your mother used to do with bonus aggression.You know that feeling of delight when you walk out of the barber with a new hair do?If you don't like that feeling get your hair cut here.Did not take any time or care. Smashed my ears with the clippers. Uneven hair that is unfixable. He did not follow my directions and then blamed me. When I complained the barber said to me you need a hairdresser". I did. They just don't have them here. He was aggressive. Told me he had customers waiting. I thought he was going to hit me. When they mess up and you complain don't doubt that they will use intimidation to get you to pay."

Took both of my kids here for a haircut. The barbers were very experienced and very patient with both of my boys. I could not be more happy with the haircut they gave.

First time I went there, haircut was very uneven, had to ask a friend to fix it for me after. Then I said surely it won't happen again, maybe it was just that one Barber. But no second time was even worse. They f up so bad that I had to go to the other barbershop inside the shopping centre to fix it. Not worth it at all for what they charge. Not recommended.

Turned up and explained that as girl was on own half hour wait. Ok fair enough I will come back will come back. Came back still busy, asked in rude tone Can l help you. Then l was accused of walking away and saying nothing. Complete with dramatic gestures. This time I chose to walk away. Overall rude service from an over inflated person

If you are in desperate need for a haircut, and don’t care what it looks like, this is the place for you. $33 for 5mins. “Will be super quick, will be super careless.”The first time I went, the cut was awesome- the young fella took his time and asked questions. The most recent time, the old fella asked what I wanted and did whatever cut he wanted … I then repeated myself, and he just continued on with whatever he was doing…Just a warning to anybody wanting to get their moneys worth.
