This rating is based purely on the sign on the front door advising you not to enter if you are wearing perfume. I'd thought it was due to a staff member being allergic but on asking it's apparently for those fragrance sensitive customers who patronise the store.Perhaps a better worded sign would be appropriate.

Bought some school polo's in 2019, excellent quality. My child has worn them to school for 3.5 years and they will be handed down for more use. I have just ordered another round of the polos and highly reccommend. I ordered via phone contact and then the rest of the communication was email. I found the whole process excellect and the delivery of goods was quick.

I purchased an organic wool pillow and protector; beautiful products, I'm very happy with the quality. I accidentally ordered the flap protector instead of the zip protector, but a quick email and Janine promptly confirmed they would send me the zip protector with my order.
