Terrible neglectful company, 80% of their support workers have no idea what they are doing or they just don't care. Constantly wearing earpods and don't bother to communicate. Cases of neglect and starvation of non verbal individuals. As a mother and a disability support workers I would never send my child or anoyones child to respite with this company. Communication with this company is the worst. Alot of passing the buck and hiding behind confidentiality. NDIS needs to get ride of this company. Neglect weather intentional or not is still neglect.

They sign up clients with false promises, they state their staff cannot handle the task after the fact. They compromise clients very life and put life in the balance with complete disregard for the health and welfare of the client.Promise support workers, support coordinators, therapists and do not deliver.Course clients to spiral in depression from them directly.Manager is extremely rude.
