I had struggled to find a new hairdresser who knew exactly how to fix and restore damaged hair.... and then I met Bec! She is not only punctual, very easy and comfortable to talk to, but really knows her hair stuff! She has so much experience in the industry and knew precisely how to fix a hair disaster I had several months before. She restored my foils to the precise platinum blonde I was after, uses fantastic products, and was very well priced, particularly in light of degree of high service delivery.Bec took the time to educate me on a few very key hair tips and aftercare to insure the longevity of my colour and its quality. She also is truthful around outcomes - so many hairdressers promise what they cannot deliver. Bec is a realist and I cannot recommend her enough. I felt safe having her in my home - bonus for convenience there too. Lastly, Bec was not pushy around how soon I would have a next appointment - she cared more about not damaging my hair from over treating it. I had my hair and two daughters done. The customer service was good the girls were happy with their cuts. But my cut is really obviously uneven. Not a little. There's one side that's 2 inches shorter than the rest. I had reached out to share the photos and ask what can be done and I got back asking if it was how I part my hair and then it was if I left the bleach on too long and it caused breakage. Its definitely not breakage. I'm really disappointed that I tried to look for a resolution and instead of an apology or anything it was put back on me. If you're going to use this service make sure you're sitting in front of a mirror and check your hair before she leaves.. I am stuck now she can't even come back to fix it so I'm needing to pay for another hairdresser to fix it. I am disappointed and really hoped it would have been different.

A really fantastic experience. Within hours of my enquiry (late in the evening), Bec had responded with a range of appointment times and provided a fixed price quote based on photos I sent. The appointment went even better than the booking experience. She is fast, professional and a lovely person to have in our home. Thank you Bec.

Amazing colour skill, absolutely get your moneys worth with Bec, who is always super lovely and polite and also on time, nicest girl ever! Recommended already to all my friends, 100% will use and continue to use as my regular hairdresser from now on! :)
