It was great for my staff to be involved in Lynne's online professional development. As a School Principal I have had the pleasure in seeing Lynne live twice, so for my staff to learn the importance of how your own values, life and your personality affects the way you behave and react to situations. It was a great professional development to experience together as a staff. This is something we will reflect on, to help build our culture within our school over many years to come. We held a live workshop for our team and the feedback was 100% positive. The workshop was entertaining and informative, lots of laughs and honest discussions. Communication in the workplace has already improved based on what we now know about the different fruit personalities.
