Koh

Recently received the Koh dish wash. It is fantastic. Cleans my splashback even better than original Koh. No smears. Also had a mark on fridge in garage for about 10 years have tried everything. Sprayed dish wash on and left for 5 minutes. It's gone!!

Great product but has no chance to contact this company customer support on the phone even thought they do have telephone number. Few channels to contact for customer are leave message or email and wait for luck to get the feedback. From my two times experience, I have never received support to resolve my request as the response is too late!!!!

Having used koh products fir years.Only dissapointing thing was ordered toilet cleaner came in to big a box with too much packaging.

We bought the Mega Bundle and received it very quick so I would give a A+ for that. The products are also good, and my wife is happy with it. We have had better cloths that do a better job but they are obviously more expensive... so no complaints about that!The reason why I’m only giving a 2-star review is because when we received the goods, the mop seemed to be a used if they have sent us out a returned mop from another customer!Refer to the pictures I have posted on this review, and you will see how the connecter section is worn and has deep marks on them.In addition to this, the bottle for the mop had liquid in it when we pulled the trigger (Note, we hadn’t put any liquid in it as yet.)I had written to Koh and told them our concerns and that the mop seemed to be used.They replied advising that the mop is assembled and tested at the production facility and that’s the reason why there are marks on it as well as liquid in the bottle.But I highly doubt this. The marks on the connectors are too deep. Unless they connected and disconnected this more then 20 times, I would then agree with them.Koh also said that if we are not happy to use the mop, we can return it but had to cover the shipment cost ourselves which is so unfair given the mop seems to be used.Lastly, my mother-in-law bought the same pack and what really frustrated me the most about this, is that her mop and bottle was perfectly brand new and had no marks on it nor any liquid in the bottle.And Koh advised us that they test all the units before sending them out? I highly doubt it!After a week of emails going back and forth and even leaving voice messages and asking them to call me to discuss over the phone, they finally got back to us (via email) and requested the order number (which they already have from the initial contact), the address and the batch number.The last reply we got was 4 days after we emailed, and my wife was fed up by then and had just started using the mop.Still till today even though I mentioned to them that my mother-in-law bought the same product after we recommend Koh to her (which I even gave her name and address, so they know I’m not bluffing) ... they haven’t bothered to reply to our concerns or even apologise.I know it’s a long review and I’m sorry for that. I don’t do reviews very often but this one really frustrated me so had to explain everything in-case someone else has the same concerns or may possibly face the same issue I did.Have a great week.

I was really skeptical of the reviews I saw about Koh, and am surprised after only a few hours after receiving my order that I’m writing a review already.I felt compelled to share how great this product is. My order and delivery were seem less, ordered on Weds night and with me on the Friday morning. I loved that the instant I’d signed for my order, I received the welcome how to videos via email; nice touch!I’ve already cleaned my kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and I’m so impressed. For ages I’ve tried and failed to clean the splash backs in my kitchen and never gotten the greasy smears off. They are all gone! My oven is clean and no more cooked on stains with light use of the diamond sponge.My bathroom is glistening! My shower screen is sparkling. My laundry sink which has seen better days now looks brand new!I can only speak for myself, but I wish I’d brought Koh sooner. Minimal effort for great, clean results!

Been using over 5 years now, 1 cleaner for everything from Greasy ovens to Windows to soap scum shower screens, only change the cloth, the diamond scrubber is also Fantastic for extra tough stains.

Only had the mop 6 months. It leaks everywhere.Uses why too much cleaning stuff. Because it leaks everywhere.Not happy.

Purchased first mop and after 10months trigger stopped working, purchased second mop as I had already purchased the cleaning pads it lasted 12mo months and started leaking and trigger broken again. For the price this is not worth the money spent. Will not be repurchasing.
