What is the point of having a number system when you do not know the number next in line? You were taking people over ones who had been waiting over 30mins and when speaking up, still taking the person in who has stayed the least amount of time all because you do not know what number you were up to. You could see by the number I was holding that six and the guy before me was five yet you still allowed the other people to go ahead!!

The needle didn’t hurt so a very skilled nurse. She was also warm informative and friendly so helped me to relax. Caring. There was no bruising afterwards.
