I recently had my car repaired at On Duty Panels and was extremely impressed by the level of service I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they took the time to explain the repair process to me in detail. The quality of the work they did on my car was outstanding and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of panel repairs. The attention to detail and customer service was excellent. I will definitely be returning for any future car repair needs. I took my car around to MANY other local panel beaters before meeting sam at on duty panels, others would not touch my car for less the $1,800…..Sam was understanding and helpful, he found a solution for a fraction of that price, got my car back better than expected and did an excellent job.Even repaired other minor scratches and dints that that I Didn’t mention!Would highly recommend and will use him again.provided a courtesy car all on short notice also!Thanks guys

The ratings for this place live true to their reputation.Abe and Sam at On Duty both have a vibrant and bubbly personality.... making their customer service skills phenomenal.These guys go above and beyond to satisfy their clients. Myself included.Upon receiving my car, it was left looking clean and flawless. They also went out of their way to remove some other dents I had on my car.The before and after shots can show the exceptional service they provided.Highly recommend that you take any of your fix up jobs to these guys!
