I must thank all the girls for they were friendly and welcoming. Jade is a standout for she was totally customer orientated. She gave me her undivided attention whilst acknowledging other customers when they came in. Polite and very helpful. There are lot of people in the retail industry that could stand to learn what true service is from Jade. Thank you for a most pleasant shopping experience at YD!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The manager; Jade, was great at listening to what I wanted and recommending what I needed, educating me along the way. The store was clean and organized, and customer service was top tier. Will be going back again in the future!

I wanted a pair of shoes from this shop but they didn't have it in stock. The lady working there at the time said she could order them in for me and told me a date and time to pick them up. When I got there at the day and time agreed, the shoes were not there. The lady working on this day was Nicole. I was annoyed as I had scheduled my day around this pick up but Nicole had offered to personally deliver the shoes to me which she did that night! That is truly going above and beyond! Amazing 10 star customer service!!

Tristan provided amazing service this morning with assisting my husband select an outfit for an upcoming occasion. He was friendly and made excellent suggestions and listened to what my husband actually wanted. Well done Tristan and thank you!

Had a very bad experience. on a Thursady evening. Moments after arriving a female staff member with painted eye brows started telling me what to where and was very pushy. The music was over the top loud and the lighting was poor, i would of looked past this but the staff member was not very good with people and didn't read the situation. I bought some cloths there years ago for a wedding and the service was amazing so I was excited to go back. I wont be going back now.

I’ll happily travel an hour to shop here. I went into Yd with my wife to find an outfit for a wedding a few weeks ago and was greeted by a very knowledgeable salesman by the name of David. I don’t have much of an idea when it comes to dressing up, but I came out of there with a smick outfit all thanks to David’s guidance. Shopping isn’t my scene but he made it a bit of fun and an all round great experience. Very friendly and great advice! Highly recommend!

After a horrendous experience at the yd Pac Fair Store I went to Robina and dealt with Jayde. She was absolutely fantastic. Totally restyled my son. She knew her stuff, knew how to fit of a suit. She is a great asset to the business. My son and I couldn’t have been happier.

I was fortunate to enjoy outstanding service this morning at YD in the Robina Town Centre. I received a warm and enthusiastic welcome literally within 2 seconds of entering the store. David went out of his way to find the garment I was looking for and then presented some other options that he thought I may have been interested in. I purchased additional items but hasten to add that David in no way resorted to pressure selling. I recommend this outlet and will definitely become a loyal customer.
