After another flooring company cancelled on us at very short notice, Paul was recommended to us. He was very responsive and agreed to do the job on weekends and around other work to help us out as we were in such a bind.The quality of the work is outstanding. The floors needed some repairs due to water damage and were badly scratched and weathered. Paul replied quickly to every text and call and got the job done as agreed. He worked around other trades and could not have been more helpful and professional.Our parquetry floors look brand new thanks to Paul and Creative Timber Floors. Highly recommend these guys.

Paul & his team are conscientious and exceptionally diligent. Paul has clearly got high standards for his work outcomes. He worked to a specific timeline and around many other trades (& family requirements). He was informative and communicated well throughout the process. Our floor is fabulous. He is very attentive to detail (detail I won’t necessarily notice!!). Thanks Paul and team. It was a pleasure in such a stressful time for our family. All the best with work ahead. A great niche industry.
