A very clear rating of 5. Exceptional customer service. Price for our new washing machine was $100s of dollars cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery of new and removal of old washing machine was a very reasonable price. Delivered within 12 hours of purchase date and time. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Great service and good price on telly I bought.2022Here we are 12 months on 2023 and had a small issue with my remote control for the tv I bought. Young fella Ryliegh was the most helpful chap I have ever had to deal with, just above and beyond, in my management days he was the kind of employee I would look out for.Solved my resolution, keep it up young fella.

Bing Lee's return policy does not specify a return period. Now I know why: its so that if you do ever try to return an item, they can say that you've taken too long. I bought a Fisher & Paykel 10kg washer that (a) leaks from the front door when I wash a queen doona and (b) terminates with soaked, soapy laundry when loaded with towels. I began complaining about this 2.5 weeks after receiving the item, when the problems became apparent. Bing Lee sent a technician from the manufacturer who said that he's received lots of complaints about this model and there's nothing he can do. He advised me not to wash doonas and towels in it. Bing Lee's rep. said that they won't take the item back as it was not dead on arrival". Every time I do laundry
