Jack Su is professional, compassionate and highly skilled. I had a hip issue and Jack took excellent care of me. Jack is very knowledgeable and is a master of his craft! I highly recommend Jack for your acupuncture and cupping needs!

I have been a long term customer of BSM. I think at least 5+ years. Used to drive by everyday and thought to myself I really must go there. So plucked up the courage and booked a remedial massage and never looked back. Jack Su is an absolute guru - I highly recommend booking a session with him. I've also seen their highly competent and professional physiotherapists over the years when I've been in excruciating pain and every single time, EVERY SINGLE TIME they've helped me out - resolved my pain quickly, shortened my recovery and got me back doing crazy old man things again. I will never go anywhere else. I can't love this place and these guys enough. Thanks to physios Michael Caserta, Gavan Sticka and all of their wonderful colleagues who have the hands and minds of healers. And not to miss out on the wonderful front office staff (Kendall, Georgia, Ashley, Laura) who are equally professional and polite and never fail to greet with a smiling face and voice which you can even tell in e-mail and phone. We saw the Alyse the dietitian/nutritionist there this morning - she is just amazing. I was nervous going in but she has the most amazing calming energy and was able to really simplify what I needed to do. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

I saw their hand physio Christina for wrist issues after riding my motorbike from Sydney to Gold Coast. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth it if you are having hand issues. Great bunch overall.

Podiatrist Sigrid was very helpful and explained to me in details about my condition. Unlike other podiatrists I have consulted, she genuinely seems to care about her patients. Very glad I found her, i'd highly recommend her consultation.

Horrible service. Overcharging and James is unprofessional and lies about patients. Never seen a place that does that. Worst Physio place ever.

Numerous Physio sessions with Matt Wiadrowski following road bike (me) head on with a turning car. Matt is excellent in every way - thorough, professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable. He is also very patient and a delightful person. 5 stars from me. John

Mark Stockdale is a fantastic physio I’ve been going to him for over a decade. He was also my dads physio - the guy is a legend!

I was given Craig Gregory’s name by a friend who knows him. I had my first appointment with him today and right from the start he was attentive, thorough and explained everything clearly. He was also good at analyzing what was going on and was able to recommend some corrective action.The process here right from check in to treatment was excellent and the staff are super polite and friendly. All in all a great experience and would happily come here again.Thank you guys :-)

The service desk was friendly and James was completely disgusting, sending me spam and blatantly lying to me multiple times and on top of that not refunding me. This place is a scam. Not a good representation of anyone actually trying to do their job there.
