STOLE FROM ME! Plus: really rude, unprofessional; and untrustworthy; tried to demand cash payment; and tried to refused to provide a tax invoice. I would DEFINATELY NOT recommend employinging this . . . person in your home or business!Besides his contemptible and vile attitude; I went up to the house and left him in my work shed to work on my machines for about 20 minuites. I came back down to my work shed to find that he had done nothing further with my machines and was poking around my work shed; nowhere near my machines.

Very rude and unprofessional.Called on behalf of my workplace to get our washing machine fixed. Nobody picked up on the first call so I gave it another go a few hours later. Ray had a go at me multiple times for not leaving a voicemail when initially calling. When I tried explaining that I’m calling for my workplace and can’t always be by the phone due to the nature of my job, Ray interrupted me with “alright, alright yeah I know.” Couldn’t believe the way I was being spoken to for absolutely no reason. Ended up hanging up and calling somebody else. Don’t bother with Ray and Abby Washing Machine Repairs unless you enjoy being spoken to like this.

What a wonderful service this place provided. My older washing machine had something wrong with it. I rang and Ray, with thoughtful questions, diagnosed the problem. He did have to come out and look at it, to make sure he was right. I was quoted a call out fee, agreed to it. A couple of days later he arrived, and sure enough, what he thought was the problem proved to be correct. Lucky for me, he had an original part to fix the problem. And lucky for him, I could pay for it there and then. Eftpos is great.! This repairman was great, down to earth and no rubbish spruked .Still deciding if I'll get my dryer fixed though! Because of its make, parts will be hard to get from over seas, and no not from China. The options Ray gave me, I'm still considering. But he was realistic with what he told me. I would and will recommend Abby Washing Machine and Dryer repairs to anyone who needs this service!

Called them for support on a broken washing machine that I had initially tried to repair myself and found them to be very patronising and unprofessional. I felt really belittled. Will not be calling them again.
