And time was set 4pm. But you couldn't make it. Then you sent sms informing you cannot make that day. That means next business day. I kept calling. No answer no sms. You have full right to decline your service but at least you inform us so we can look somewhere else. I sent 3 sms. No reply. Yes you have value of your time so do we.So this is very irresponsible and unprofessional.
