We used a bus to pick guests up after our wedding and drop back into Belmont. From getting the quote, to organising the bus, it was all very straight-forward. On the night the bus was on time, and the driver was very friendly. Highly recommend.

if you ever want to get somewhere on time, then you should absolutely NOT get the 40 route. if you need to get to class on time at deakin? find another way, you will never ever get on the bus the same time the bus timetable says so. be better mcharrys

i take two different busses per week bc i go to different houses each week.one of our bus driver on the way home stares at us an makes us uncomfortable and she’s extremely strict and rude. they get angry at everything we do and it’s so unfair. they drive incredibly slow and take forever to start driving until everyone is doing what they want wether it be not talking or not looking behind myself, she doesn’t even make us wear maskson the other bus on the way to school our bus driver is also extremely strict and always bes rude to us as-well as the drive on the way back, sometimes depends who it is and they all stare at usi suggest hiring some new people

first bus never showed up meaning had to wait another hour, then the bus that showed up was 20 minutes late. plus bus driver was rude and would only allow cash even tho it was his issue his machine wasn’t working.

I don't appreciate nearly being rammed into at a set of traffic lights near the breakwater bridge because one of your drivers is impatient and wasn't paying proper attention to the road. I had to stop at a green turning light as the traffic was so backed up had I gone I would have been stuck in the middle of the intersection. Instead of your bus driver paying attention he just started going off his nut honking his horn and yelling. I could hear him from my car.Wish I'd got the number plate but it was completely ridiculous and I'm very concerned for whoever his passengers were, dealing with someone who obviously is not only a bad driver but also has anger issues.

Great service, friendly bus drivers. Fairly reliable service. Unfortunately rules not enforced, drivers have no power. Route 31 commonly sees passengers not tapping on, eating and wearing masks how they like.

Hi I catch the 55 bus and vline twice a week too and from barwon heads to melbourne i have noticed the bus driver has taken off from Marshall station several times even when the boom gates are down and the train is approaching, why can't the bus timetable link in with the vline timetable I mean it is only a couple of minutes that he would have to wait for any passengers. It is very frustrating and annoying if you miss that bus to Barwon heads/ocean Grove you have to wait another hour for the next bus one day last week at Marshall the driver waited for the train to pull in but he left not giving anytime for the passengers to get off the train, one guy had to hail him down when I told the driver there was someone coming why when you recently change your timetables would you not think to link v/line trains with mcharrys buses.
