Kingswim Chirnside Park

Lots of fun. My almost 2 year old is loving it and we've only just started. The people are very friendly, the facilities are great and you can see the instructors really enjoy working with the kids.

Both my children learned swimming there. Flexible with timing if you can't make your designated date and time. Clean pool and change area. Last but not least great staff working there.

The establishment appears to extend a warm welcome predominantly to white individuals. If you fall outside of this demographic, it may be prudent to reconsider your choice, as you may face unjust treatment, similar to what we unfortunately experienced.Our personal experience at this establishment has been quite disconcerting. There appeared to be a bias towards white individuals, receiving a level of respect that seemed noticeably absent for others. Over the span of more than a year, during which I frequented this place with my son, we continually faced such dismissive and unapologetic behavior from the staff.The incident that transpired this morning was, however, the breaking point. The staff refused to sell swimming goggles to my son unless he used the word please"

My almost 5 yrs old daughter is loving it. We have been with a few other teachers so far, but Judy is the best! Very thoughtful, patient and encouraging with a gorgeous smile.

Specialised swimming lessons. The facilities are very well utilised, with Classes running in every area of the pool. Very good at what they do. Staff are friendly. It's snafus a bit warm inside of course.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Impossible to get on the phone. Don’t go here unless you plan on never missing a class. I’ve tried on multiple occasions to book in make up classes but they expected me to take a day off work to attend. As soon as I mentioned cancelling my membership to catch up on missed classes (that had already been paid for) the time to book in make ups went from 6 weeks to 1 week. Completely unreasonable and unwilling to help this paying customer out. Will be going elsewhere.

Novice teacher in deep water, they don't know kids are young and they need attention. My daughter was almost drown, teacher didn't see her and I need to jump to get her out. Now little one is so scared of water she don't want to go for shower also.

My little one is so reluctant to get in water, but the professional team here is so great, they are trying to make her feel comfortable and encourage her to gain confidence. Very happy, and thanks for the supervisor who is doing alot.

Comparing to council owned pool, it's more organised and fast paced... But I still believe learning/teaching is too slow and I'd expect faster results... Teachers sometimes seem to lower their standards and let the kids slip away and that makes learning even slower. I think teachers must spend more time on the fundamentals and let the kids build muscles by doing at least 10 minutes of hard work

My grandson is almost 10. Has had 2 weeks a year swimming lessons with Kingswim through his school for 5 years and can't even float. What is it you teach them in these school lessons, because you have taught my grandson nothing. Only got 1 star as couldn't give you none
