Charged us $22.30 for a $14.90 crab sandwich which has hair in it and a $4 tomato & Cheese sandwich ( which is wrong we ordered ham cheese sandwich) ( price on their menu) . When I went back to tell the lady about the hair in sandwich and showed her she asked me if I want her to take back? I said yes, she just took it and left, she didn't say sorry or offer remake one or refund. I had to ask if she is going to remake. And when I mentioned about we received wrong item, got overcharged. She only said if I want another ham cheese one, I said no, then that's it, no sorry, refund or anything. The way they handle this problem is really disappointing, it just ruined the experience a lot. I understand that hair in the food, accidentally overcharged is not their intention but how they deal with this mistake is not really nice to us at all.

Had the most tastiest crab pie!! Delightfully impressed!! Fresh, soft pastry and crab filling.. definitely recommend!!Also ordered a steak burger and sausage and egg brekky muffin and both these item also did not disappoint!! So fresh!!

We ordered the crab sandwich and croc burger. The sandwich comes in cold and not toasted. However, the crab meats are berry fresh and tasty. The croc burger with mince croc meat rather than a patty. I was a bit disappointed. It is still worth to try if you are stopping by this town.

On our way north we spotted this place and we're really excited to go back here on our way home. My partner had been raving about how excited he was the whole trip. As we crept closer I thought I'd check the reviews out. Well, we decided straight away that spending our money with this place would be a huge mistake. I am so glad people have spoken up. You would think that they would up their standard by now. Sad to see people taking advantage of tourist and pass byers.

I used to love stopping at this place and grabbing a crab sandwich... not any more! The last 2 times they have not been good. A few weeks ago the sandwich I bought (at an exorbitant price) wasn't nice at all. The bread was stale and what crab was on it was tasteless and mushy, like the remnants you get from tinned crab and thinly spread on like paste. I will not give them another chance... just not worth it. Total rip-off!

Ordered the crab sanga, and it's practically a crab paste sandwich as the crab is spread so thinIt's the second time, I've stopped here and had the crab sanga , hoping the first time was a bad day. Sadly, the place is looking dated with much better options further along the road

Had to try the crab sandwich. Unfortunately no mud crab when we were there so spanner crab it was. Busy little servo/shop, nice service, food was good. I would like to see more crab on the sandwich and would pay a bit more, otherwise the sandwich was made fresh and crab was fresh. $10.90 for spanner crab sandwich and $6.95 for the crab pie.

I think they were honest mistakes (being overcharged for something that wasn't what we asked for and having an object in our crab & salad sandwich) but mentioning the issues to the staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. After hearing such good things from others and being really excited to try it ourselves for the first time it ended up being quite a disappointing experience.
