Good store with quality service. Store atmosphere is festive at the moment with the lovely Christmas decorations. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and always make you feel welcome. Very happy with my store experience and the service I recieved from Bianca at Jacksons Midland today.

The best range of artist supplies instore in Perth for all levels of talent and experience and needs. Hubby and myself have Been shopping here since we were young..wish I could buy myself some talent! Staff seems very knowledgeable and experienced.

I have dealt with Jacksons for nearly 30 years. They changed hands a few years ago and their systems have improved. Although their website needs improvement. They have almost a monopoly in Perth and consequently their prices may be on the high side. However it's easy to get a 15% discount card. The staff in Midland are friendly and always ready to help in any way that they can.

I visited Jackson's Midland on Thursday, for the first time in many months. the ladies there were delightful. They provided above and beyond in customer service and were cheerful and happy in the process. I learned a bit and laughed a bit - the product I needed was there and I went home happy.
