I don't know what has happened to this law firm but the communication and service has dropped to 1 star since my last use of their serviceI strongly suggest going elsewhere for your conveyancing need as the service and communication is poor to non-existent. No return emails or call backs from messages left.Service is pathetic.

I had recently signed a contract for purchase of a new home and went to use their services (as I’ve used them for prior purchases)I can only presume their has been a change of management as the service is now horrendous, it took half the day for me to get an answer on the phone despite trying several times, and whoever I spoke to was rude and I was given the distinct impression they didn’t want my business.Not sure what’s going on.I wouldn’t recommend using them if you wanted good communication or a stress free transaction.

Very professional.We used Beenleigh Conveyancing Lawyers for our recent purchase of our home. They replied to my email inquiry immediately and advised of the cost to retain as well as all of the information regarding the purchase of our home within the first email.They were happy to assist us with an appointment in filling out the paperwork. This was our first time purchasing a home in Australia and I am a Canadian citizen and completely unfamiliar with the real estate system here. Julie Wooldridge was very thorough going through the paperwork with us and she was able to explain everything so we were able to understand easily.We had two in person appointments, one to assist us to fill out the mortgage documents for the bank and one to certify our signature and verify our identification. Everything else was done via phone calls, email and electronic payment.Julie went above and beyond in keeping our best interest in the property when some debts were discovered. She recommended some additional searches to protect us and make sure that we were knowledgeable about everything regarding the purchase.Karen was the one who completed the sale, although we had limited contact with her she was also a pleasure to deal with.The cost associated with the purchase of our home was very reasonable. We would feel comfortable using this firm again for future purchases, and are considering having our Wills done with them as well.
