What a great local business to deal with! We found out our new home had no phone line connected to it. My wife is an essential worker in Aged Care who had been ordered to work from home quite suddenly. The SJH team went above and beyond to get us up and running. Jess was amazing! Her communication and personal skills are second to none. She kept us informed the whole time and pulled some sort of miracle and got us connected the day before lockdown! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and am comforted to know that if I have any future issues I can just call Jess! It’s so refreshing to have this sort of service.

We have used SJH Communications to do a complete overhaul of our phone and internet systems at our new office and we couldn't be happier. The customer service has been incredible from the start and having Saurabh come out and spend the day making sure everything was working properly and didn't leave until he made sure all of our questions were answered was something you don't get from other companies. We are really impressed with their follow up and service and would recommend them to everyone.

Been with SJH for a few months now with our home internet and the service has been fantastic. What sold me was the local service and helpful staff. Having been stuffed around by the big Telco’s before I was relieved to know there was a company that still cared for their customers. It’s also great to support a local Hunter Valley business who in turn supports the community.
