I went in early this morning and had the single most horrific and unprofessional customer service experience of my life.The older woman behind the register spoke to me with the rudest, most unprofessional and aggressive manner I have ever experienced. I could understand her getting annoyed if I was being rude to her, but her attack on me was completely unprovoked! I was so offended and upset by this vile and unnecessary attack, and am appalled that anyone could speak to another person like that.Priceline should be embarrassed to have such unprofessional and rude staff working in their stores. Priceline as a company has lost my business, I refuse to be treated so poorly.

Massive thank you to the pharmacist and staff members who helped me when I had a bad reaction to the flu and Moderna vaccine. Took great care of me and I’m very thankful. Highly recommend.

Went to get Moderna vaccine. Was told the original one was 0.25ml and the new one was 0.5ml. Then went into the side room and was told by a different staff member who was about to administer my dose that they were “both the same”. When challenged she then said the original Moderna is 0.3ml. It’s so confusing when two different staff members are telling you completely different things about exactly the same product. It made me feel really anxious about what vaccine I was actually getting because the staff clearly don’t know basic information like the dosage volume. She also didn’t use an alcohol wipe to clean the injection site before administering. This pharmacy seems like a high risk place to receive your vaccine.

My husband and I went into Priceline to grab an item and go, but we were met by a lovely soul named Elsa! She told us about the fragrances they had on sale. We ended up shopping for about 30 minutes, and it was a great.We need more helpful, friendly staff in the world like Elsa it truly improves the customer experience. We live in North Sydney but are happy to travel to Birkenhead Point because we know we will be treated kindly.

I got my ear pierced here (seconds). It was with a gun and the woman wore gloves. Very nice lady. Also very cheap at $20.
